Southlake, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to
claim the same or any part thereof.
It is intended by these presents to convey right -of -way to the said City of Southlake to
maintain and construct the above described improvements, with the usual rights of ingress and

• Being a 1.077 acre tract of land in the C.B. McDonald Survey, Abstract No. 1013, City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion of Southlake Cornerstone Park, Tract 1, as
recorded in Volume 13151, Page 100 (D.R.T.C.T.) and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron pin found, said point being the northeast corner of said Southlake
Cornerstone Park, Tract 1.
THENCE S 00° 22' 53" E, for a distance of 47.00 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set for a corner, said
point being in the east property line of said Tract 1, said point also being the
beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 588.00 feet and a chord bearing
of S 79° 13' 53" W;
THENCE continuing along said curve, for a distance of 229.61 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set;
THENCE S 68° 02' 25" W, for a distance of 421.86 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set for a corner,
said point being the beginning of a curve to the right, having a radius of 847.00
feet and a chord bearing of S 79° 45' 21" W;
THENCE continuing along said curve, for a distance of 346.61 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set for
a corner;
THENCE N 00° 23' 19" E, for a distance of 47.01 feet to a point, said point being in the
west property line of said Tract 1, said point also being the beginning of a curve to
the left, having a radius of 800.00 feet and a chord bearing of N 79° 47' 16" E;
THENCE continuing along said curve, for a distance of 328.27 feet to a point;
THENCE N68° 02' 25" E for a distance of 421.87 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set, said point being
the beginning of a curve to the right, having a radius of 635.00 feet and a chord
bearing of N 79° 12' 57" E;
THENCE continuing along said curve, for a distance of 247.62 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, containing 1.077 acres, more or less.
