and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to tJ1e City of Southlake, Grantee

over, across and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to wit:

TO HA VB AND TO HOLD said easement unto the City of Southlake, its successon and
assigns, and Grantor hereby binds itself, its successors and assigns and to wamnt and forever
defend, all and singular, said premises unto the City of Southlake, its successors and assigns,
against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. The
terms of this dedication shall run with the land and shall be hinding upon and inure to the benefit
of the City of Southlake and its successors and assigns.

herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed,

City of Southlake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a permanent and perpetual
easement for the purpose of installing, repairing, maintaining, altering, replacing,
relocating, and operating utilities in, into, upon, over, across and under that land in

recorded in Volume 388-165, Page 58, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas (PRTCT),
and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast comer of said Lot 8, said point being a comer of Lot 1,
Simmons Addition to the City of South lake, as recorded in Volume 388-181, Page 70,
PRTCT;
