1987-020RESOLUTION 87-20 WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of health and welfare of the citizens of the City of Southlake, Texas, that Southlake have a Central Sewer System; and, WHEREAS, Southlake has shown a desire to become a member of the Trinity River Authority (TRA) which provides a Regional Wastewater Treatment System; and, WHEREAS, on February 25,1987, the TRA Executive Board voted to have Southlake become a Zone B member city of the Regional Wastewater Treatment System; now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT: The City Council, at the regular City Council meeting of March 3,1987, appointed William D. "Bill" LeGrand to serve as representative on the Advisory Board for Southlake and Charles Curry was appointed to serve as Alternate Representative on the Advisory Board.
