1987-001RESOLUTION 87-1 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, approved a Budget to be effective for the Fiscal Year 1987; and, WHEREAS, the Budget includes all Capital Outlay items to be purchased during the Fiscal Year 1987, by Department; now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT: 1. Bids were taken in accordance with the bidding procedures outlined in the V.T.A.S. for two (2) S-10 Pick -Up Trucks . One to be purchased out of the Building Department and one out of the Water Department, as per FY87 Budget, Capital Outlay. 2. The City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas approved the purchase of two 5-10 Pick Up Trucks, as recommended by the City Administrator and the Director of Public Works. 3.
