Being a 0.361 acre tract of land situated in the Charles M. Throop Survey, Abstract No. I510,
Town of Westlake, Tarrant County, Texas, said 0.361 acres being all of a 0,36 acre tract of land
(by deed) deeded to D. E. Ekstrom as recorded in Volume 14456, Page 89 of the Deed Records
of Tarrant County, Texas, said 0.361 acre tract of land being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod in concrete found for an angle point in the south line of said
0.36 acre tract of land, said 112 inch iron rod in concrete being the northeast corner of Lot 18,
Block 1 of Dove Acres, an addition to the City of Southlake,Tarrant County,Texas as recorded
in Volume 388-132, Page 79 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, said 1/2 iron rod in
concrete also being the northwest corner of Lot 11, Block 1 of Shadow Creek Addition, an
addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388-131, Page
59 of said Plat Records of Tarrant County,Texas;
