'This Warranter Deed is executed as a Correction Warranty Deed, given and accepted in piece of
that Warranty Deed executed by Paramount Land Development to Grantee, dated August 5, 1994, and
recorded in Volume 11696, Page 19{l9 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, wherein by error
the grantor was incorrectly identified and the "special warranty" language was atnitzed, and this
Correction Warranty Deed is made by GcaMOr and accepted by Graattee in order to correct the errors and
iin all other respects comFirtning the former Warranty Deed. This Correction Warranty Deed shall be
effective as of and retroactive tc~ August 5, 1994.
