Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows
BEGINNING at a R.R. spike found in the pavement of Continental Boulevard for the
southwest corner of said Davis tract;
THENCE North, at a distance of 41.87 feet passing a 5/8 inch iron pin set in concrete
found for the southeast corner of Lot 37, Block 1, Cambridge Place, Phase II,
an Addition to the City of Southlake, as recorded in Cabinet 'A', Slide 4538, Plat
Records, Tarrant County, Texas, said point also being in the north right-of-way
line of Contintental Boulevard, and continuing along the common east line of said
Block 1, and the west line of said Davis tract a distance of 971.62 feet, to a %4
inch iron pin found for the northwest corner of said Davis tract, said point being in
the south line of Lot 27, Block 1, Cambridge Place, Phase I, an Addition to the
City of Southlake, as recorded in Cabinet 'A', Slide 2873, Plat Records, Tarrant
County, Texas
THENCE South 89 degrees 48 minutes 29 seconds East, along the common south
