Proposed Site Plan
Pollo Tropical is seeking a site plan approval to renovate the existing 4,020 sf building for their restaurant. For the renovation, the existing wing walls on the 4 corners of the
building will be removed. Building renovations include painting the existing brick, installation of new awnings on the south and west windows, installation of new wood slat awnings,
and installation of new aluminum trellis structures and parapets. All existing live trees will remain and the existing landscape will be renovated with new plant material.
