The agreement included (3) additional three-year renewal options. On March 18, 2012, City Council approved the first of the three optional renewals for the term October 1, 2012-September 30, 2015. The proposed Agreement presented at this time will be the second, three-year renewal option.   4 Management Agreement Overview 2ND renewal (Oct 1, 2015—Sept 30, 2018) No substantive changes Identifies service provision expectations and responsibilities Establishes independent contractor status Delineates term and financial considerations Outlines termination procedures The proposed Agreement is essentially the same as the previous Agreement, with updates to delete obsolete provisions pertaining to the initial 18-month period of the Agreement have been deleted. Minor changes have been made to update and reflect current practice The proposed Agreement is for a three (3) year term, October 1, 2015—September 30, 2018.
