EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY:
On behalf of Modmarket, Signs Up is requesting approval of variances to the
Master Sign Plan for Park Village, and the Sign Ordinance No. 704, as amended
at the site located at 1161 E. Southlake Blvd., Suite 260 within the Park Village
development.
REQUEST:
The applicant is requesting approval of variances to the Master Sign Plan for Park
Village, and the Sign Ordinance No. 704, as amended to allow: 1) a wooden
backer for their signage located at the north and southwest elevations of the
building, 2) an increase in the maximum permitted sign area for the signs located
on the north and southwest elevations, 3) internal lighting with a cabinet sign
tagline “Farm Fresh Eatery” on the north and southwest elevation, 4) a larger logo
than permitted on the west elevation, and 5) a dual-lit logo (halo and internally lit)
on the west elevation.
