CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Metroport Teen Court Advisory Board and
will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board
member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of
business and considered in its normal sequence.

5. Update: Summer Teen Attorney Sessions and Dates to Remember
6. Public Forum. (This is the public's opportunity to address the Board about non -agenda items.
During this proceeding, the Board will not discuss, consider or take action on any item
presented. We respectfully ask that anyone stepping forward to speak during Public Forum to
please limit remarks to three minutes or less.)

CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of Minutes from March 16, 2015
3. Motion by Chris Henz, Second by Debbie Bryan— unanimous approval by board members
REGULAR AGENDA:
4. Discussion: FY 2016 Budget Presentation
Staff presented members with proposed budget for FY 2016. There will be no changes to the annual fee for
teen court. It will remain at $36,750 per city.
5. Update: Summer Teen Attorney Training Sessions and Dates to Remember
Staff gave upcoming dates for trainings through the summer and the next meeting.
6. Public Forum
There was no public present at this time.
7. Meeting Adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
