FORUM SUMMARY

Development Details:
Site plan application proposing the exterior renovation of a 4,020 square foot restaurant
building with drive through that was previously occupi
Limited renovations include demolition to the buildings corner shear wall wings,
replacement of the existing awnings, repainting the exterior and reworking the windows
and doors. The landscaping will also be updated.
A variance to Building Color Standards is proposed regarding the window inserts on the
west elevation and the colors to be used on the east elevation awnings.
