REGULAR AGENDA
1. Meeting called to order by Craig Rothmeier at 5:33
2. Approve May 6th 2015 Meeting minutes. Ben Siebach made a motion to approve.
Second by Bobbie Heller. Approved 4-0.
3. Discuss SPIN meeting facilitation. Pilar discussed the recent town hall meeting
and highlighted some of the challenges.
4. Discuss CEC focus group initiative. Ben wants the committee to be used as a
focus group to help improve programs or processes such as the citizen survey.
5. Discuss 2015 project prioritization. Craig discussed the list of project priorities.

6. Discuss the 2015 citizen survey. The committee needs to improve the
participation.
7. Discuss future agenda items. Alison Orlowski to discuss Citizen survey
participation improvements.
