The applicant G&A Consultants is requesting approval of a plat extension for a period of one (1) year for the Plat Revision of Gateway Lakes subdivision, a 39 residential subdivision
located generally at the northwest corner of N. Kimball Avenue and East Kirkwood Boulevard.

APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN
City Council approved a development plan for this subdivision in December of 2013. The development consists of 39 residential lots, 1 commercial tract to be developed in the future and
public open space to be dedicated to the City as parkland on a total of 24.6 acres.

APPROVED PLAT REVISION
This is the applicants approved Plat Revision that was considered and approved by the City Council on June 17th of 2014. The plat revision as presented is consistent with the approved
development plan.

A Plat Revision (Final Plat) which has not been recorded in the County Plat Records within one year of the date of approval shall expire.
If approved by City Council, the Plat Revision
will expire on June 17, 2016.
Plat Extension
The City’s Subdivision ordinance indicates that a Plat Revision (Final Plat) which has not been recorded in the County Plat Records within one year of the date of approval, shall expire.
Due to heavy rains and other construction delays the applicant is requesting to extend the date of expiration on the Plat for one additional year from the date of original approval of
the plat which is June 17, 2016.
