Consider: ZBA-687, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 14.5(c), requiring a side yard setback of fifteen (15) feet on property described as Lot 9R, Block 1, Patterson's Pond, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 2201 Patterson Way, Southlake, Texas.
