Town Square Parking Garages
Parking garages built in 2005
Due to age and use, the stairwells need repainting
Project will close off one stairwell at a time for pressure washing and painting
In 2005, the Southlake Town Square East and West Parking Garages were built, and opened in 2006. The paint on the garages and stairwells is the original paint, and is now 10 years old.
The parking garage stairwells are power washed one per month. However, due to age and heavy use, the stairwells need to be re-painted.
This project includes closing off one stairwell
at a time for pressure washing and painting. Approximately four parking spaces will be blocked off on each floor to prevent any overspray. Each stairwell will take approximately one
week to complete. The entire project will take approximately two months.
