This is the proposed concept plan which shows the approximate location of the house (8,000sq ft – 2 story and 1,500 sq ft garage. Also the location of the proposed drive is indicated.

TREE CONSERVATION ANALYSIS
Approximately 80% of the lot is covered in tree canopy. The ordinance requires 30% trees to be preserved. The applicant is proposing 50% tree canopy to remain.
