SUMMARY:
In 2013, the development was started with plans for 6 buildings; two are
constructed and want to build the last 4 buildings.
Original site plan presented with Lots 1 and 2 built and sold to Southlake
residents with businesses.
Lots 3,4,5, and 6 are ready to be constructed and open by the end of 2015
The Civil and architectural plans have been submitted to the City
Will be discussing the project with the Planning and Zoning Commission on April
23, 2015
The typical elevations for one story buildings are being presented tonight for
offices with multiple tenants
Building 5 will be a built to suit 2 story one tenant building with lots of glass,
masonry, and vertical and horizontal articulation. Anticipated opening: March
2016.
QUESTIONS / CONCERNS:
Was the 2 story building approved with the initial site plan? No, the two story
building is allowed with right articulation and this building is 34 ft. in height. There
is a detention pond in the front of the lot that was in the original site plan.
What is the traffic impact of these buildings? The site plan must go through a
traffic impact analysis by the City. The number of traffic generated does not meet
the threshold. There will be low impact to traffic on S. Kimball Avenue.
Presentation started at 6:00 pm and ended at 6:18 pm
