FORUM SUMMARY Property Situation: 305 S. Nolen Development Details: Proposed 12,000 square foot corporate headquarters on a 1.85 acre site in Cornerstone Business Park. Presenter noted that a topographical survey as well as a tree survey has been performed. The proposed project will feature outdoor areas, and the presenter noted that the design allows the west edge of the building to respond to constraints on Nolen Drive. Presenter mentioned the project may suggest introducing a second entrance to Nolen Drive to help with tree preservation, etc. The presenter noted they are targeting an April formal submitted and eyeing a July construction start date. IEG and Don Penn Consulting Engineers provide MEP consultation, engineering, and design services – primarily for schools and retail projects Presented at SPIN: QUESTIONS / CONCERNS: Can you review any variances?
