Request: Amendment to the Master Sign Plan for Park Village in regards to the tower feature.

The Woodmont Company is requesting approval of an amendment to the existing Master Sign Plan for Park Village for the Tower Feature located in the development at the southwest corner
of 1709 and Carroll Avenue.

The Tower Feature was approved with the Master Sign Plan by City Council last year in August. The tower was approved to be 43-feet in height with a maximum diameter at its widest to
be 42-feet and the letter height at 30-inches.

The applicant is now requesting to amend this approval to reduce the height of the tower to 33-feet and have a diameter at its widest to 32-feet. The letter size still to remain the
same at 30-inches.

SIGN DETAILS
The drum will be internally lite. Perforated holes. There will be a steel ring aaround the bottom of the drum. 30” Reverse channel letters . There will be a fabricated cove along
the top and bottom of the skirt that will house a LED light to illumiiate the sign.
