Carroll ISD is seeking approval of a specific use permit to allow a clothing donation bin at Old Union Elementary School located at 1050 S. Carroll Avenue for a duration of 5 years.
The school currently has a specific use permit for the existing donation bin (under Planning Case ZA14-025) for the one year use.

The photograph on the right show the existing donation bin on site. Specifications for the donation bin in terms of purpose, maintenance and dimensions are outlined in a narrative provided
on Attachment C, page 2 of your staff report. As indicated in the narrative the purpose of the donation bin is to raise funds for causes identified by the Old Union elementary PTO.
