The Fans United sign variance was approved to allow 3 attached signs and maintain the existing locations for fifteen (15) 16 inch by 16 inch non-illuminated medallions on the three facades
(as previously approved for the non-illuminated decorative panels for the previous tenant Cherish, under SV07-028). Fans United received approval for a total of 8 signs on the south
elevation, 7 signs on the west elevation, and 3 signs on the east elevation.
The Fans United sign variance request was to allow 3 attached signs and15 non-illuminated medallions on 3 facades.

Cherish Sign Variance Approval SP07-028 and SP07-028a
On February 6, 2007 (SP07-028) and June 6, 2007 (SP07-028a), City Council approved a variance to the Shops of Southlake Conditional Sign Permit for Cherish to allow a total of 8 signs
on the south elevation, 7 signs on the west elevation, and 3 signs on the east elevation.
Previously, Cherish under Cases SP07-025 and SP07-028a, had received from City Council approval for a sign variance to install a total of 8 signs on the south elevation, 7 signs on
the west elevation, and 3 signs on the east elevation.

Fans United received approval to allow a total of 8 signs on the south elevation, 7 signs on the west elevation, and 3 signs on the east elevation.
