Shady Lane Work Session Overview
• Purpose - Have City Council discuss the merits of the two (2) possible
development plans for 20.5 acres located on Shady Lane:
- Residential Planned Unit Development (R-PUD)
- Single Family (SF -IA) Residential Plan.
• Staff will provide a comparison of the proposed Residential Planned Unit
Development (R-PUD) Plan to an alternate Single Family (SF-1A) Residential
Plan.
• Comparison data includes Zoning, Tree Protection and Development Related
Criteria.
