Mayor Pro Tem Hill led the pledge of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags. 3. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE UPDATE Mayor Pro Tem Hill introduced Southlake Chamber of Commerce Board Chairman Ian MacLean. Mr. MacLean gave a brief update on Chamber activities. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Pro Tem Hill announced that City Council would be going into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071, consultation with city attorney; Section 551.072, deliberation regarding real property; and Section 551.074, deliberation regarding personnel matters. City Council adjourned for Executive Session at 6:09 p.m. Executive Session began at 6:21 p.m. and concluded at 7:18 p.m. 2B. RECONVENE Mayor Pro Tem Hill reconvened the meeting at 7:24 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Hill asked if any action was necessary from Executive Session. STRATEGIC PRIORITY UPDATE 3131A. SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION STATUS UPDATE City Manager Shana Yelverton introduced Public Works Director Bob Price who highlighted past progress and future plans for sidewalks. REGULAR AGENDA: 4. APPROVE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF KELLER FOR THE FM 1938 PHASE II WIDENING ROADWAY PROJECT. 4D. ORDINANCE NO. 850A, 1ST READING, APPROVE AN AMENDMENT CREATING A "NO KNOCK" AND A "SOLICITORS WELCOME" LIST ON THE CITY WEBSITE AS WELL AS REQUIRING SOLICITORS, CANVASSERS, AND HANDBILL DISTRIBUTERS TO WEAR TRAFFIC SAFETY VESTS WHILE CONDUCTING SOLICITATION ACTIVITIES.
