The Work Session was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Hill at 5:40 p.m.

Nick Billardello gave the invocation. Mayor Pro Tem Hill led the pledge of allegiance to
the United States and Texas Flags.
3. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE UPDATE
Mayor Pro Tem Hill introduced Southlake Chamber of Commerce Board Chairman Ian
MacLean. Mr. MacLean gave a brief update on Chamber activities.

1: CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Session of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Hill at
6:09 p.m.
2A. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Pro Tem Hill announced that City Council would be going into Executive Session
pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071, consultation with city
attorney; Section 551.072, deliberation regarding real property; and Section 551.074,
deliberation regarding personnel matters. City Council adjourned for Executive Session
at 6:09 p.m. Executive Session began at 6:21 p.m. and concluded at 7:18 p.m.
2B. RECONVENE
Mayor Pro Tem Hill reconvened the meeting at 7:24 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Hill asked if
any action was necessary from Executive Session. There was no action necessary as
a result of Executive Session.

City Manager Shana Yelverton introduced Public Works Director Bob Price who
highlighted past progress and future plans for sidewalks.

meeting to allow further discussion.
4E. APPROVE THE 2014 COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT.
During the work session, Shawn Parker, Audit Partner with Weaver LLP, made a brief
presentation to Council regarding the 2014 audit.

Zoning Change and Site Plan for offices at 7511771 East Southlake Boulevard subject
to Staff Report dated February 25, 2015 and Site Plan Review Summary No. 2, dated
January 30, 2015 also noting that prior to the second reading the applicant will revise
the site plan to show a reservation of right-of-way for the proposed Zena Rucker east -
west street and noting that for purposes of calculating impervious coverage that said
proposed reservation of land area for Zena Rucker right-of-way would be included in the
overall impervious coverage calculation.
