Daniel, with the understanding that Mr. Sandhu has agreed to make the dedication for the future right of way of
Zena Rucker road across his property and with the further understanding that such dedication will not adversely
effect the zoning compliance of Mr. Sandhu's property and the improvements thereon, please accept this email,
on behalf of Landlocked, LLC, as a formal withdrawal of my previous letter of protest to Mr. Sandhu's site plan
and/or re zoning application. We look forward to our continued efforts with Mr. Sandhu to improve and develop
this area of Southlake.
