one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which event
the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence.

(Southlake Board Appointee), Catherine Burton (Colleyville Board Appointee), Chris Henz (Keller Board
Appointee), Darlene Freed (Grapevine City Council liaison), Laura Hill (Southlake City Council Liaison), Rich
Hendler (Colleyville Board Appointee), Crystal Shafer (Keller Board Appointee),

CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of Minutes from January 12, 2015
3. Motion by Kara Clubb, Second by Marjorie Lewis— unanimous approval by board members with
knowledge that the name Chris Henz will be moved to the 'In Attendance' section
REGULAR AGENDA:
4. Interviews: Scholarship Candidates
Board Members interviewed Bailey Guess and Clayton Rainey (scholarship applicants).
5. Discussion: Scholarship Candidates Invterview Results
Board Members discussed interviews and agreed to award each candidate a $1,000.00 scholarship.
6. Action: Approve Scholarship Recipients
Motion by Sandy Sobocinski, Second by Laura Hill — unanimous approval by board members
7. Update: Volunteer Appreciation Reception and Important Dates to Remember
Staff gave upcoming dates for meetings, trainings, and the volunteer reception
8. Public Forum
There was no public present at this time.
