Approve contract renewal with Southlake Leasing and Management (Regent Services) for street sweeping and porter services in the Southlake Town Square parking garages in an amount not to exceed $100,000. 4C. (If approved, the public hearing will be held at the March 3, 2015 City Council meeting.) 4E. Approve engineering services agreement with Halff Associates, Inc. for the South Carroll Avenue at Zena Rucker Road Traffic Signal design in an amount not to exceed $55,000. 4F. Resolution No. 15-011, Approve a resolution of the City of Southlake, Texas, regarding a 380 agreement approving the terms and conditions of a program to promote economic development and stimulate business and commercial activity in the City; authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Cencor Realty Services and providing an effective date. 4G. Authorize the City Manager to approve a contract to bury overhead utility lines adjacent to The Marq Southlake with Tri-County Electric for an amount not to exceed $162,000. 4H. Award contract for City tree services to Alpine Tree Service, Inc., Arbor Masters Tree Service, and Smith Lawn and Tree in an amount to exceed $50,000. 4I. Variance to the Lighting Ordinance No. 693, as amended, for Field No. 9 at Bicentennial Park on property generally located north of West Southlake Boulevard, west of North White Chapel Boulevard, and east of Shady Oaks Drive at 450 West Southlake Boulevard. 4J.
