1. Meeting called to order by Craig Rothmeier at 5:31
2. Approve January 7th, 2015 Meeting minutes. Bobbie Heller made a motion to
approve. Second by Randy Robbins. Approved 5-0. Monique Schill abstained.

3. Presentation on SPIN Meeting VOD Analysis.
Pilar Schank presented the video on demand usage data for the previous year's
SPIN meetings, and explained the metrics on the report.
4. Discuss City's social media handles.
Pilar Schank provided a list of all the City's social media handles, and explained
how the City is managing them.
5. Discuss upcoming water town hall forum.
The committee agreed to host this from 6:30 to 9:00 on Tuesday, March 24tH
They also agreed to use the same format that was used with the mobility forum.
The focus for the water forum will be on City capacity, regional water issues, and
personal conservation.
6. Subcommittee Reports:
a. Marketing — Bobbie Heller discussed business cards with an email
address with a brand that members can hand out at meetings. Team
agreed to print them.
b. Meeting Procedures — David Alexander stated that he will add some script
to the host notes as well as include next steps at the beginning of the
meeting.
c. Metrics — Ben Siebach reported no changes.
7. Discuss annual CEC plan.
Ben Thatcher asked the committee to assess performance of each objective on
the CEC strategy map and present recommendations at the next meeting in
March. The committee was also asked to wear their CEC shirts for the March 4th
meeting for a group photo.
8. Discuss Future agenda items.
No new items.
