Dear Ken:
As you know, this firm represents the applicant in the matter referenced above. We are in
receipt of a letter from the City Attorney advising that as the result of an appeal filed with the
Zoning Board of Adjustment on the companion site plan application, that there will be no
hearing tonight on the site plan. In light of this development, we respectfully request that the
consideration of the Preliminary Plat be postponed until the date that the site plan is considered
by the City Council.
