a private drive, stacking depth, and driveway spacing; noting the applicant will attempt to negotiate a cross access easement to the property immediately to the east and possibly before
the next reading, the applicant will provide more detail discussion on the drainage on the site. (Case will be reconsidered at First Reading at the November 18, 2014 City Council meeting).
