FORUM SUMMARY: Proposed site plan to accommodate the construction of 30,900 square foot commercial suites in the North Davis Business Park, located at 1950 Greenwood Drive. ͻ Elite Commercial Suites are flexible commercial spaces that are designed to accommodate the needs of business and individuals seeking additional garage or warehousing space for high value assets while acquiring full ownership over the commercial space. Businesses often use them for record archiving or warehousing business property. Individuals can use them for additional space for indoor RV storage, car collections, power sports or hobbyist including wine storage and antiques and wood craftsman.
