Driveway Ordinance No 634, Section 5.2(d), as amended, requires a minimum driveway stacking depth of 28’. The applicant is requesting a driveway stacking depth of approximately 20.5
feet.
Tree Preservation Ordinance No. 585D requires 70% of existing tree canopy to be preserved. The applicant is proposing to preserve 51% of existing tree canopy.

North Bufferyard: 6 trees were added along with 8 shrubs. The shrubs were specified at a larger size (15 gal. instead of the 5 Gal.) This was done to provide a living screen.East Bufferyard:
