will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board
member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of
business and considered in its normal sequence.

Sandy Sobocinski (Southlake Board Appointee), Catherine Burton (Colleyville Board Appointee), Chris Henz

Staff presented new information to members and asked for feedback. Members provided feedback. Staff will
update presentation and send to members for review.
CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of Minutes from November 3, 2014
3. Motion by Mike Taylor, Second by Kara Clubb— unanimous approval by board members

Staff outlined scholarship application and rules. Interviews for candidates will be at the next meeting.
5. Discussion: Important Dates to Remember
Staff gave upcoming dates for meetings, trainings, and the volunteer reception
