4A. Approve minutes from the December 2, 2014 regular City Council meeting and the December 4, 2014 joint meeting with City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission.
4B. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the engineering services agreement with TranSystems Corporation for the FM1938 Phase II roadway design in the amount not to exceed $96,000.
4C. Approve Resolution No. 15-005, Dissolving the Southlake Business Council as recommended by the committee membership, recognizing that the City intends to continue working productively
with businesses through various means, including strategic partnerships with entities such as the Chamber of Commerce to effectively serve the business community.
4D. Ordinance No. 1110, 1st Reading, Establishment of a Sign Board for the City of Southlake. (If approved, the public hearing will be held on January 20, 2015.)
