FORUM SUMMARY: ͻ 6,300 sf office building to be constructed on Lot 1 of Morrison Park located at 2720 E. SH 114. ͻ Lot 1, Morrison Park was originally approved as a 5,800 sf building in the approved site plan. ͻ The new building will require less grading. ͻ The original carport structure on the east side of the building approved in the site plan will move to the west and add 2 additional carport spaces. ͻ The building is in the same architectural style as approved in the original site plan and meets articulation requirements. ͻ No existing trees will be removed with this project. No they will be located on the west side of the building. ͻ Will adding the additional 500 sf to the building require more parking spaces? Yes, one additional parking space will be added. ͻ Is there a tenant for the building? It will be a build-to suit building with the option to buy.
