Exterior and interior renovation of an existing pre-engineered metal building located at 1695 E.
Southlake Boulevard.

Owner will be one tenant.

Proposing additional landscaping within the TxDOT right-of-way and enhancing the interior
landscaping.

QUESTIONS / CONCERNS:

Who will be the tenant in the additional space? The owner will be the main tenant and the other
tenant is to be determined. The owner may expand his business into the additional space.
ͻ
Will TxDOT allow the landscaping their right-of-way? We will need to discuss with TxDOT, but it
will be presented to City Council that the landscaping will be installed pending approval from
TxDOT.
