Property Situation:
The property is located at 290 Miron Drive.
Development Details:
Proposed site plan for the construction of 23,745 square feet of office space in 6 buildings on
2.66 acres. Buildings will range in size from 3,000 square feet to 5,900 square feet with an
average size of 3,957 square feet. The building elevations will mirror the existing buildings on
site. The land is significantly lower than most of the surrounding areas which should reduce the
impact to nearby residences
