The property is located at 2000 W. Southlake Boulevard.
Development Details:
Schlotzsky’s desires to update and renovate the exterior and interior of the building, including
adding patio area with umbrellas. The exterior renovations include a stone and stucco façade
and a standing seam metal roof. No other site building improvements are planned. They will
improve the landscaping.
Roadway/Access
Driveways/access is not affected by this site plan.
Utilities
Water and Sanitary Sewer service: There is no water or sanitary sewer extension required for
this renovation.
Storm Sewer: The onsite drainage is not affected by this site plan.
Electric, Telephone, and Gas: Franchise utilities exist on-site.
Landscape: New landscaping is planned with this site plan.
