The proposed zoning change is for S-P-1 Detailed Site Plan District to allow the self-storage facility. The property is currently zoned AG Agricultural District. The plan proposes two-stories along Davis Blvd. and three stories at the west end of the site. The plan also proposes to pave a portion of Michael Drive; extend water and some sewer services. Presented at SPIN: QUESTIONS / CONCERNS: How will this project affect visibility on Davis? We will look at the possibility of a right-in / right-out. R Will the existing businesses to the west get their own water meters? We will be providing access to water. R We have concerns about drainage. Please take a serious look at how this construction project will impact existing problems. SPIN Meeting Reports are general observations of SPIN Meetings by City staff and SPIN Representatives.
