Southlake Blvd. ZA14-082 Previously approved site plans – ZA07-129 and ZA09-046 March 18, 2008, City Council approved the Southlake Villas development for S-P-1 with O-1 Office District uses for 4 office buildings (3 one-story and 1 two-story) on 4 separate lots totaling approximately 29,000 sf of floor area.
