Location: Council Chambers, 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas.
Members present: Chairman Brandon Bledsoe, Vice Chairman Gary Fawks, and
members: Laura Hill, Mark McClendon, Carolyn Morris, Craig Rothmeier, Shahid Shafi
(arrived at 5:22 p.m.), John Terrell, Robb Welch, and Randy Williamson.
Members absent: Scott Rule and Carolyn Sims.
Staff present: Assistant City Manager Alison Orlowski, Chief Financial Officer Sharen
Jackson, Police Chief Steve Mylett, Fire Chief Mike Starr, Deputy City Secretary Traci
Riggs, Communication and Websites Manager Pilar Schank, and City Secretary Lori
Payne.

Chairman Bledsoe called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.

Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson presented the 2014 Annual Report and was
available to answer questions.

6. Briefing on Southlake Town Square projects.
Southlake Town Square representative, Frank Bliss, 1008 Quail Run, Southlake, Texas
updated the Board on projects and plans for Southlake Town Square. David Ayer,
General Manager of Property Management at Southlake Town Square with RPAI
Southwest Management LLC, also gave a brief operational report. No action was taken.
7. Adjournment.
There being no further business to discuss, Chairman Bledsoe adjourned the meeting at
5:27 p.m.
