Southlake Blvd. ZA14-082 Previously approved site plans – ZA07-129 and ZA09-046 March 18, 2008, City Council approved the Southlake Villas development for S-P-1 with O-1 Office District uses for 4 office buildings (3 one-story and 1 two-story) on 4 separate lots totaling approximately 29,000 sf of floor area. (ZA07-129) November 3, 2009, City Council approved an amendment to the Southlake Villas zoning/site plan which allowed a change to the original approved request for the finish out of the attic space creating a 3rd floor to Building 1 at the southeast corner of the lot, making the total floor area for all 4 buildings 31,000 sf (ZA09-046) Previously approved elevations Proposed Site Plan S-P-1 zoning proposes to allow all listed O-1 – Office District uses to include specific medical and pharmacy uses as follows: Compound Pharmacy General medical practice Out-patient surgery Medical specialists Dialysis clinic Medical imaging Physical therapy Audio therapy Speech therapy Other supporting health service uses similar in nature and character Tree Preservation Plan Landscape Plan Colored Landscape Plan Building A - Elevations Proposed screening wall Variance Variance Requested: This property shall be subject to the normal development regulations contained within the respective city ordinances with the following requested variance:   Driveway Ordinance No. 634, as amended, requires a minimum stacking depth of 75 feet at this location.
