4C. Approve the amendment of Exhibit A of the Republic Waste Services of Texas, Ltd. contract to allow the addition of a commercial fee for excess additional yardage.
4D. Approve permit to allow a holiday themed art gallery exhibit November 21, 2014 – January 5, 2015 in Town Hall lobby.
