5. Consider: ZBA-669, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5(f); requiring a minimum lot area
of 43,560 square feet and Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5(i), requiring a maximum
residential density of one dwelling unit per acre on property described as Tract 3A1 F5, Francis
Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1511, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 1860
Sunshine Ln., Southlake, Texas, The current zoning is SF -1A - Single Family Residential District.

setback of 40' on property described as Lot 6, Hilltop Acres Addition, an addition to the City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 3170 Briar Ln., Southlake, Texas, The current
zoning is SF -1 A — Single Family Residential District.
