Kimball Avenue. SPIN Neighborhood # 8. DETAILS: Trium Development Partners is requesting approval of a specific use permit in order to install a solar energy system consisting of one -hundred and eight (108) solar energy panels on the roof of the approved Building `A' of Stadium Southwest development (Kimball Business Center Planning Case ZA14-003). The solar energy system is intended to form a 32.9 kW system. Specifications of the photovoltaic panels have been provided under Attachment `C' of this staff report. The proposed panels will be screened by the parapet wall of the building and not be visible from any adjacent property line or adjacent public right-of- way. The screening exhibit that has been provided can also be found under Attachment `C' of this staff report. KIMBALL AVENUE, BEING DESCRIBED AS LOT 2-R-2, GREEN MEADOW SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS MORE FULLY AND COMPLETELY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A", AND AS DEPICTED ON THE APPROVED SITE EXHIBIT ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN AS EXHIBIT "B" AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
