CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Katie Pearson called the meeting of the Southlake Youth Action Commission to order at 4:17pm 2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE SEPTEMBER 17, 2014 SOUTHLAKE YOUTH ACTION COMMISSION. There were no corrections made to the minutes. APPROVED A motion was made to accept the minutes of the September 3, 2014 meeting as presented. Motion: Yousuf Second: Pearson Ayes: Zavasky, Sahba, March, Sabour, March, Friske, Pearson Nays: None Abstention: Duquemin, Kit, De La Rea Vote: 7 -0 Motion Carried. 3. MARKETING NOTES: Sarah met with Principal and he will decide later on. 3C. REMINDERS NOTES: Katie setting up Remind101, a reminder application to provide reminders about service projects, meetings, etc... NOTES: Katie will update contact information for easier access of communication between board members 3F. SERVICE PROJECTS NOTES: Create sign -up sheet for Home for the Holidays 4. CONSIDER — There were no items to consider at this meeting. 5.
