PUBLIC HEARING Requested Action Background Purpose: City Charter requires ordinance to “Convey, lease or authorize the conveyance or lease of any lands of the city.” City is conveying property rights to Oncor Electric Delivery Company Dedication of Utility Easement Bicentennial Park Phase 2 Electrical service for new Parks Division office Grant easement to Oncor Electric Delivery Company To modify existing electrical service for the park improvements.
