Price Survey, Abstract No. 992, Denton County, Texas, and being part of a called 42.43 acre tract of land conveyed to Spectra Land, L.P. (Spectra), recorded in Document No. 2006 - 10492, Deed Records, Denton County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod with a cap stamped "RPLS 3946" found at the southeast corner of Lot 3 of R.D. Price No. 992 Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, according to the plat thereof recorded in Cabinet V, Page 644, Plat Records, Denton County, Texas, and being in the north right —of —way line of Bob Jones Road (a variable width right —of —way), as dedicated by said R.D.
