July 17, 2014; Approved (6-0) noting the applicant’s willingness to provide a deceleration lane at the time of the second floor finish out prior to a Certificate of Occupancy being issued
with a further note that depending on TxDOT approval, the deceleration lane may be something that the applicant talks to the City about further and also noting the applicant has provided
to us two letters dated July 17, 2014 identifying that letter of obligation to construct the deceleration lane and further noting the applicant’s willingness to modify the longer July
17, 2014 letter to strike the words “need a permit to finish out the second floor” in the second paragraph and replace those words with “being issued a second Certificate of Occupancy”
and further noting the motion is subject to the staff report dated July 11, 2014, further subject to the Site Plan Review Summary No. 2, dated July 11, 2014 and noting specifically approval
of the variance request in the staff report dated July 11, 2014.
