Purpose:
City Charter requires ordinance to “Convey, lease or authorize the conveyance or lease of any lands of the city.”
City is conveying property rights to Oncor Electric Delivery Company
Dedication of Utility Easement
Bicentennial Park Phase 2
Electrical service for new Parks Division office
Grant easement to Oncor Electric Delivery Company
To modify existing electrical service for the park improvements.
Dedication of Easement and ROW
Grant a 0.014 acre Utility Easement for Oncor utilities
Electrical service to new Parks office building
No burden or detrimental encumbrance on the park land
Within existing drainage easement
